We are looking for a
Data Management & AI Lead
to establish and drive a comprehensive framework for
Unstructured Data Management
, supporting data and AI-driven initiatives.

This role focuses on defining standards, governance practices, and operational frameworks that ensure data reliability, quality, and reusability while enabling scalable AI solutions. The adecuado candidate combines strong data management expertise with hands-on technical skills in AI, Python, and semantic technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the methodological foundation for Unstructured Data Management aligned with industry best practices.
- Define and document standards, rules, and frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and reusability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate approaches, and align with business objectives.
- Pilot and implement innovative unstructured data frameworks.




- Evaluate technology solutions, benchmark platforms, and recommend suitable tools.
- Assess document processing technologies including OCR, NLP, and Vision Language Models (VLM).
- Support data transformation initiatives focused on AI and analytical use cases.
- Configure Data Management tools directly and support operational adoption.
- Build Python-based parsing, extraction, and enrichment pipelines.
- Define and implement AI-driven data quality rules.

Required Experience:
- Extensive experience in Data Management disciplines including Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Architecture, and Data Modeling.
- Proven experience delivering operational data management activities in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of unstructured data challenges including volume, format diversity, and lack of fixed schemas.
- Hands-on technical experience, beyond theoretical knowledge.
