We’re currently hiring
Supplier Quality Manager
to strengthen our
Supplier Quality team
.

Regional responsibility, ideally the role will be based in Spain / Denmark.

In this role, you’ll ensure our global suppliers deliver to the highest quality standards, driving performance, compliance, and supplier development across your assigned geography.

Your Responsibilities
- Own and lead the quality performance of suppliers within your region.
- Conduct and maintain supplier quality system audits, ensuring full compliance and continuous improvement.




- Develop corrective and preventive action plans and ensure effective follow-up.
- Oversee and execute inspection activities, coordinating with third-party service providers when needed.
- Monitor inspection efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including supplier back-charges as per SLAs.
- Lead Corrective Action Reporting (CAR) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) processes based on supplier non-conformance reports.
- Partner with Procurement and Service Line Managers on supplier development initiatives.
- Collaborate with our Quality team in GBC India to support quality dossier reviews.
- Implement and ensure compliance with global quality policies, KPIs, and best practices.
- Contribute to general quality initiatives to promote standardization and excellence across FLSmidth.
- Report directly to the Manager, Supplier Quality Management (RoW).

What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ Managerial experience in Supplier Quality or Quality
