We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our core team. This isn't an administrative role; we need a "Talent Architect" who can go beyond LinkedIn to find the world’s most elusive technical minds and integrate them into our high-impact projects.

As an integral part of our scientific organization, you will work side-by-side with our Research Managers to shape the teams solving general challenges. This is a high-growth position: from day one, you will be integrated into the decision-making process through a collaborative partnership with the People Manager. We provide the platform and the mentorship; you provide the drive to lead our talent growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Proactively identify AI Engineers, Software Architects,



and Senior Researchers in the Deep Tech ecosystem (Biotech, Robotics, Materials Science).
- High-Precision Screening: Lead in-depth interviews focused on both technical aptitude and cultural alignment with our scientific DNA.
- Systems Management: Maintain and optimize our ATS/CRM to ensure a flawless pipeline and a data-rich candidate database.
- Technical Translation & Partnering: Act as a bridge between our Research Managers and the talent market. You will translate complex technical requirements into high-precision job descriptions and search plans.
- Strategic Closing: Collaborate with the People Manager on high-level negotiations and compensation strategies. You will be expected to master the intricacies of our offer process to eventually lead candidate conversion and final closures independently.
- Candidate Experience & Branding: Act as a Cultural Ambassador, ensuring that every interaction with Idener.ai reflects our commitment
