What You'll Do
- Act as an HR Business Partner for the revenue organisation in Spain and global functional business units located in the country,
bridging global People strategy with local business needs and partnering closely with leaders, Operations, and the broader People team to support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
- Support and enable OKRs and Workforce Planning, using people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and help ensure smooth execution of core HR practices and organizational effectiveness.
- Steward performance management and day-to-day people topics, while coaching managers on feedback, talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential development, employee growth, and leadership effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, handling complex cases including performance issues and exits, and acting as a first line of support for employee questions and practical HR topics in collaboration with People Operations.
