Role Overview

The
Project Director
leads end‑to‑end delivery of hyperscale and enterprise
data centre construction
programmes across EMEA, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest technical and commercial standards. Operating at senior leadership level, the role drives strategy, governance, client engagement, and multi‑disciplinary coordination for complex, mission‑critical environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Programme Leadership:
Direct full lifecycle delivery of large‑scale data centre projects, from concept through commissioning.
- Client Management:
Act as senior point of contact for hyperscale clients, ensuring expectations, reporting, and commercial outcomes are met.
- Design & Technical Oversight:
— Oversee design development across electrical, mechanical, civil, and architectural disciplines, ensuring alignment with integral standards.
- Commercial Governanc:
Manage budgets, cost plans, procurement strategies, and contract performance.
- Risk & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory,



and mission‑critical operational requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
Lead cross‑functional teams including consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Delivery Excellence:
Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, and best‑practice methodologies across all project phases.

Required Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in
major construction
, with at least 2 years in
data centre
,
mission‑critical
, or
high‑tech industrial
environments
- Proven leadership of
€100m+
capital projects or multi‑site programmes
- Strong understanding of
MEP systems
, commissioning processes, and technical integration
- Demonstrable experience managing
Tier 1 contractors
, consultants, and global client organisations
- Deep knowledge of
procurement

, and commercial delivery
- Ability to operate within
