• Oversees and monitors the maintenance plan for facilities and general buildings.
• Manages and tracks budgets and investments dedicated to equipment and facility maintenance and improvements, including external service providers.
• Selects, contracts, and supervises external companies performing maintenance tasks, service installations, and production system enhancements.
• Collaborates with Engineering teams on new installation projects.
• Ensures adherence to legal requirements related to installations and maintenance activities.
• Provides assistance to the Safety, Environment, and Occupational Risk Prevention Coordinator.
• Takes ownership of processes, ensuring activities align with Company Process.
• Applies and complies with the company´s Code of Conduct.
• Lead maintenance operations to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in maintenance management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of building and facility maintenance practices.
• Expertise in budget control and supplier negotiation.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
