We are looking for an International Area Sales Manager to join a privately owned industrial SME with more than 50 years of experience, specializing in the design and manufacture of proprietary industrial process equipment.

The company has built a solid international reputation over decades and is now entering an exciting new phase of growth, with the ambition to significantly expand its presence across Europe.

This role offers the opportunity to develop business across strategic European markets, with the territory being defined according to your experience, network and commercial strengths.

Your responsibilities




- Develop new business opportunities across European industrial markets.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with industrial end customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from business development through to project follow-up.
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals together with the engineering team.
- Develop existing customer accounts while identifying new growth opportunities.
- Visit customers regularly within the assigned market(s).
- Participate in international trade fairs and industry events.
- Work closely with engineering, technical office and production to ensure successful project execution.

What we're looking for
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in technical B2B sales within industrial markets.
- Proven experience selling industrial capital equipment or engineered industrial solutions.
- Strong bus
