About the Role
The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of transactional finance services across our European entities. This role ensures stable, compliant, and efficient execution of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash & Bank activities while supporting service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
The position acts as a key operational contact, working closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, and our external outsourcing partners to ensure effective execution of finance processes across our European landscape.
Responsibilities
- Finance Operations Delivery
- Support the day-to-day delivery of transactional finance services across European entities.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash & Bank activities.
- Monitor operational performance and proactively address service delivery issues.
- Act as a key contact for operational stakeholders/customers and supported entities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities within assigned process areas.
- Team Coordination and Operational Support
- Coordinate daily activities across finance operations teams.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of team members.
