- Support the day‑to‑day operation of hybrid compute and EUC platforms.
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Help maintain and update golden images and standardized VM templates.
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code efforts using Terraform and Packer under guidance.
- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Follow automation‑first and self‑service principles, helping reduce manual work where possible.
- Document processes, update runbooks, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Perfil idóneo

Technical stach




- Foundational knowledge of on‑prem virtualization (Hyper‑V / Azure Local; VMware exposure is a plus).
- Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop and FSLogix, or a strong willingness to learn them.
- Knowledge of structuring work in tools like Jira and Confluence.
- An interest in automation, Infrastructure as Code, and platform engineering practices.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn security/governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR).
- Ability to follow established designs and standards, with a mindset focused on consistency and simplification.
- Curiosity, reliability, and a desire to grow into more advanced platform responsibilities
