About The Position
As an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Advisor, you will support customers and help ensure they receive professional, friendly, and efficient assistance throughout their journey.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
- Understanding customer needs and providing accurate and helpful solutions
- Handling customer requests while maintaining a high level of service quality
- Creating positive experiences through clear and professional communication




- Using internal systems and digital tools to manage customer interactions
- Collaborating with colleagues from different countries in an international team environment

Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian speaker (C1/C2 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to help others
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing situations
- Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
- Positive attitude and motivation to develop professionally
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or support roles is an advantage, but not required
