As our network continues to expand, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to strengthen our Operations team in Barcelona and support the coordination of ocean freight capacity between Asia and Europe.

The Role

As
Ocean Freight Operations
, you will be responsible for coordinating container bookings, monitoring space allocation, and ensuring the efficient movement of cargo across the Asia-Europe trade lane.

You will act as the operational link between our commercial teams, overseas partners, carriers and customers, ensuring bookings are managed accurately while maximizing available capacity and maintaining high service levels.

The position requires excellent planning skills, strong communication,



and the ability to make decisions in a fast-moving logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up ocean freight bookings, mainly FCL shipments on the Asia–Europe trade. Manage carrier space allocations and booking utilization.
- Monitor vessel schedules and capacity changes.
- Maintain daily communication with shipping lines, overseas offices, and partners.
- Proactively support the resolution of incidents, rollovers, and schedule changes.
- Ensure that documentation and booking information are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor KPIs related to booking performance and capacity utilization.
- Identify operational improvements and support process optimization.
- Maintain visibility of cargo flow and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

What we’re looking for
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Ocean Freight Operations or Freight Forwarding.
- Good understanding of FCL shipment processes and international transport documentation. Knowled
