Sales Manager — Nova Post Spain
Location: Barcelona, Spain
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Nova Post Spain in Barcelona and contribute to the development of our B2B sales direction in the Spanish market.
This role is idóneo for a proactive, result-oriented professional who can build strong client relationships, conduct negotiations with decision-makers, close deals, and help grow a large-scale European logistics project born in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from qualified lead to signed contract.
Identify potential clients through online resources, events, conferences, referrals and other relevant channels.
Conduct initial outreach via cold calls, email campaigns and messaging.
Qualify leads according to business needs, maintain CRM and manage opportunities within the sales pipeline.
Conduct negotiations with potential clients, business owners, managers and C-level stakeholders.
Present Nova Post services, logistics solutions and commercial advantages to potential clients.
Prepare tailored commercial proposals based on client needs,



shipment volumes and business potential.
Handle objections, negotiate cooperation terms and close deals.
Support the contract signing process in cooperation with internal teams.
Analyze the local market, client segments, competitors, traffic and business opportunities.
Use AI tools to automate, optimize and improve sales processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM regarding opportunities, deal stages, communications and forecasts.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports on sales performance and target achievement.
Manage signed agreements and ensure compliance with cooperation terms.
Build long-term client relationships, identify additional needs and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Resolve daily operational and organizational client issues in cooperation with internal teams.
