We are looking for an
In-Store Visual Merchandiser
to join our store located in
La Roca del Vallès

BOSS Outlet La Roca Village (La Roca Village Shopping Centre, Santa Agnès de Malanyanes 69-70)

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's visual merchandising standards within the store, ensuring a premium brand experience and supporting business growth to achieve commercial success.
- 40 hours per week
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail
- Immediate start available
- 1-year fixed-term contract (maternity/leave replacement contract)

What you can expect:
- Responsible for the implementation of window displays and in-store installations in accordance with company standards and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and presentation.
- Collaborate with the corporate Visual Merchandising team to plan and implement structural changes.
- Stay informed about current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches, and update store elements accordingly.
- Be familiar with Key Looks, seasonal buys, and key items that customers are driving for the season.
- Document work for Area/Retail Managers.
- Propose ideas and suggestions for product merchandising.
- Responsible for managing VM material orders (e.g., mannequins).
- Assist with stock replenishment along
