Because you'll have a direct impact on the growth of Top Doctors UK. As our Inside Sales Team Lead, you will lead the team responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities, ensuring every interaction with potential clients creates value and contributes to the company's commercial objectives.
This is an opportunity to combine people leadership, commercial strategy, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with the Field Sales, Client Manager, and Revenue Operations teams to continuously improve productivity, conversion rates, and the overall customer journey.
? What you will do
- Lead, coach and develop the Inside Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor team activity, KPIs and performance, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve business goals.
- Optimise sales schedules and appointment generation to maximise the quality and conversion of meetings for the Field Sales team.
- Train and support the team on Dynamics 365, CRM best practices, databases and digital sales tools.
- Ensure the quality of the sales pipeline by reviewing opportunities and maintaining consistent sales proces
