Sales Specialist – Line & Base Maintenance

At Heavytech MRO, we are looking for a
Sales Specialist – Line & Base Maintenance
to join our international Sales team. This position will play a key role in developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with airlines, aircraft operators, leasing companies, CAMOs and MRO partners across the aviation industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Heavytech’s Line and Base Maintenance capabilities, identifying potential customers, managing commercial opportunities and supporting the preparation and follow-up of quotations, proposals and RFQs.

The role will work closely with Planning, Operations, Production, Finance and senior management to ensure that commercial proposals are both competitive and operationally viable.





We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused professional with solid experience in aviation sales and a good understanding of aircraft maintenance services.

Adaptable working model, with the possibility of remote work depending on the candidate’s profile, experience and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, aircraft operators, leasing companies, CAMOs and MRO partners.

• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities for Line and Base Maintenance services.

• Promote Heavytech’s maintenance capabilities and service portfolio to existing and potential customers.

• Prepare, coordinate and follow up quotations, RFQs, commercial proposals and tenders.

• Gather and analyse customer requirements to determine the scope of services required.

• Support commercial and contract negotiations under the guidance of senior management.

• Maintain regular communication
