The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and curious Investment Promotion Associate to join our team at Barcelona & Partners. This is an entry-level role within our investment promotion team,



designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn the full foreign direct investment process from the ground up — from first contact with a prospective company through to supporting its decision to set up in Barcelona.

Day to day, you will outreach to scale-ups and corporates considering international expansion, helping to identify and engage relevant contacts. You will maintain and update our pipeline of prospective companies, supporting lead generation and account follow-up so that more companies consider setting up in Barcelona.

You will also help strengthen the agency’s local network and knowledge base — researching companies and sectors, keeping our CRM up to date, and supporting the team in managing relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
