The Collaborative research and clinical operations Project Manager will strengthen the operational capacity of ERN EpiCARE by supporting the implementation of collaborative research activities and European-funded projects between the full and affiliated members of the network for rare and complex epilepsies.

Working under the supervision of the Senior Research Project Manager, the postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day operational implementation of projects, monitoring project activities, ensuring timely follow-up of actions and deliverables, and supporting the administrative and organizational aspects of European collaborative actions.

The role is designed to complement the strategic, scientific and partnership responsibilities of the Senior Research Project Manager by ensuring the efficient operational delivery of EpiCARE's expanding plan of action.
RESPONSABILITIES:

1. Support ERN EpiCARE’s participation in European-funded collaborative projects
- Support the participation and follow-up of EpiCARE activities within European-funded projects, including ERDERA, RealiseD,



and future European collaborative initiatives.
- Follow up action points after consortium meetings
- Track progress of action items and ensure timely follow-up with partners.
- Prepare and follow up of project documentation, reports and supporting materials.

2. Support collaborative projects between ERN EpiCARE members
- Provide operational support and follow-up for collaborative initiatives across the EpiCARE network.
- Support the coordination of logistical aspects of multicenter activities.
- Support the implementation of surveys, registries and other collaborative research initiatives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action logs
- Monitor implementation of meeting decisions.
- Facilitate the circulation of project information and documentation.

3. Grant and proposal support
- Support the preparation and submission of future European and international grant applications.
