The Team
A&M;’s established European Financial & Operational Restructuring practice advises companies, investors and lender groups in complex restructuring processes to evaluate the risks and opportunities of a company’s business plan, manage short term liquidity pressure, stabilise financial and operational performance, assess restructuring options,



be the lead financial advisor through a restructuring transaction and implement comprehensive profitability, working capital improvements and restructuring solutions in order to maximize outcomes for our clients. Working directly with company boards and management teams on behalf of our clients, A&M; stabilises crisis situations, drives agreement between stakeholders and creates a stable platform to drive growth.

How You Will Contribute
As a result of our growth, A&M; Spain are recruiting ambitious Analysts/Associates to join our Spain/Madrid team. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a career in advisory with the leading global name in Restructuring and to help and support our clients with the financial implications of the current uncertain geopolitical and macro-economic environment and the inter-related consumer behaviour, risk sentiment and security emergencies resulting from it.
