What makes OpinionX different? We specialize in advanced survey methods -- formats like conjoint and maxdiff, pricing studies like Van Westendorp and Gabor Granger, and analysis methods like segmentation and clustering analysis. Running these kinds of projects previously meant outsourcing to an external research agency; OpinionX enables teams to quickly run these studies in-house, without needing any specialists, using automated analysis, AI, and accessible platform design.

The Role
Our growth to date has come almost entirely from writing useful guides that help non-specialists understand advanced research methods which have been gatekept behind complex explanations for decades. I’ve created most of this content myself (Daniel here, OpinionX Founder & CEO), writing hundreds of blog posts, newsletters, feature guides, landing pages, and case studies. But as our customer base has scaled into hundreds of teams, my capacity to expand our content base has shrunk further and further.
Our content ranks so well on Google and is cited constantly by LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude because it is genuinely useful. We take complex research topics and explain them in ways everyone can understand. We provide examples that go the extra mile -- often paired with real demo surveys, useful animated GIFs, and interactive results dashboards. We skip the academic
