Your Role

We are looking for a
Test Manager (QA Project Manager)
to join our team on a data-oriented project. This is a Project Management role with a strong testing focus, you will be responsible for coordinating testing teams, ensuring quality and consistency across testing activities, and driving delivery from test case creation and execution through to defect resolution and stakeholder reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment, with daily meetings in English.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate and lead the testing team, overseeing day-to-day QA activities and ensuring delivery on time
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases in Jira, ensuring consistency and quality in documentation
- Track and follow up on defects and bugs, coordinating resolution with relevant technical teams
- Support and facilitate daily testing ceremonies: stand-ups, follow-ups, and coordination meetings (in English)
- Build and maintain Jira dashboards to track testing status, KPIs, and overall progress
- Prepare and present testing status reports and KPI summaries for stakeholders
- Apply project management practices to keep testing activities structured, visible, and on track
- Ensure alignment between testing efforts and data-related project deliverables
