Position Overview

They are looking for a highly organized, proactive and hands-on
Business Operations Specialist
to support the day-to-day operations of the company across multiple corporate functions.

This is not a traditional administrative role. They are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing structure to complexity, improving processes and ensuring that things get done.

The role provides operational support across Finance, Legal, Office Management, Facilities, Logistics, Vendor Management and selected People Operations initiatives.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance and collaborate with multiple departments across the organization.
