Damia Group is partnering with a leading integral technology organisation to recruit an experienced
IT Procurement Specialist (Senior ITAM Practitioner)
to join a high-performing procurement team based in the Barcelona area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT procurement professional with a strong background in
software, hardware, and IT services procurement
. You'll play a key role in delivering strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and supporting commercial negotiations within a complex enterprise environment.

Please note:
This is a fully onsite position based in the Barcelona area. Candidates must already be based in Spain and be fluent in both
English and Spanish
.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support sourcing activities across software, hardware, and IT services categories.
- Manage end-to-end RFx processes, including RFI, RFP and RFQ events.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support commercial negotiations to secure the best value for the business.
- Draft, review and manage supplier contracts in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
- Contribute to category strategies and procurement best practices.
- Work closely with IT, Finance and Legal teams to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.
- Partner with IT Procurement and Software Asset Management (SAM) specialists to deliver procurement expertise where it provides the greatest value.
- Ensure procurement governance, compliance and contractual obligations are met throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
