Job Description
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and review tax return forms for Spain (VAT, IGIC, Corporate Income Tax, Intrastat, Withholding Taxes, etc.) and Portugal (VAT, IRC, Withholding Taxes, etc.).
- Economic Activities Tax (IAE): Keep IAE (Economic Activities Tax) records up to date.
- Tax Filing: Ensure the timely and accurate filing of all tax returns with the relevant tax authorities.
- SII (Immediate Supply of Information):



Validate Reconciliation discrepancies related to the SII system on a daily basis.
- Tax Accounting: Reconcile tax accounting ledgers and ensure the accurate recording of tax-related transactions.
- Document Management: Collect, organize, and file the necessary tax documentation for internal and external audits.
- Issue Resolution: Assist in responding to inquiries and information requests from tax authorities.
- Communication: Collaborate with accounting and finance teams in both countries, as well as with external tax advisors.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation in Spain and Portugal.
- Transfer Pricing: Collaborate in the preparation of Transfer Pricing reports for the different companies within the group.
- Tax Notices & Compliance: Monitor and track various tax notifications received from different agencies, including the management of penalties.
