Role Description:

This is a part-time, remote Real Estate Agent role focused on serving clients interested in properties on the Costa del Sol. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, advising clients on buying and selling real estate, and conducting virtual property viewings and meetings. The role involves preparing and presenting property listings, coordinating with local partners,



and guiding clients through the full transaction process. The Real Estate Agent will maintain accurate records, follow relevant regulations, and uphold the company’s standards of integrity, transparency, and customer care. Collaboration with the wider team to share market insights and support marketing initiatives is also expected.

Qualifications:
- Possess relevant real estate credentials such as a Real Estate License or another relevant education.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate transactions, including property listing, negotiation and closing processes.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building trust, long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
- Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Spanish are an advantage).
