Role: Legal and Compliance Assistant (iGaming)

On behalf of our client, a dynamic iGaming company, we are seeking an experienced
Legal and Compliance Assistant
(iGaming).Our client is a consultancy group specialising in regulatory affairs and licensing across the online entertainment (iGaming) sector. The business supports a portfolio of platform operators in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding licensed operations across multiple international jurisdictions.

The Legal and Compliance Assistant will provide hands-on legal and compliance support across a multi-jurisdictional portfolio covering iGaming license applications, commercial contract drafting and review, AML/KYC compliance documentation, consumer dispute management, and cross-border corporate structuring. The role supports a multi-entity group with operations and licensing activities spanning multiple regions including North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe.

This is a remote position. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing a high volume and wide variety of concurrent legal tasks,



working closely with external counsel in different jurisdictions, and producing well-structured written work to a consistent standard. Strong written and spoken English is essential. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

*License Application and Documentation*
- Research and compile legal and regulatory requirements for iGaming license applications across different jurisdictions.
- Prepare and organize required documentation for license applications, including corporate documents, due diligence materials, and financial reports.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to track the progress of applications, respond to queries, and ensure timely submission.

*Legal Research & Analysis*
- Conduct legal research on gaming laws, data protection requirements, and industry best practices in various jurisdictions.
