Through direct relationships and integrations with leading media groups across the US and Europe, Panxo directly manages 25 billion ad opportunities every month. This media comes directly from publishers, without unnecessary intermediary layers, creating a shorter and more transparent supply path.

Panxo Curator combines AI-derived audience intelligence with premium publisher inventory to create scalable,



transactable audience and media products. Advertisers can activate them through DESK, via Deal IDs or through selected external DSP partnerships.

THE ROLE

Panxo is hiring a Director, Demand Partnerships — EMEA to build and lead our demand business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will be responsible for turning Panxo’s technology, audience intelligence and directly sourced media into recurring advertiser revenue through three connected commercial motions:

• Bringing agencies and direct advertisers onto DESK.

• Commercializing Panxo Curator’s audience and media products.

• Building relationships with external DSPs, trading desks and programmatic platforms to expand distribution and activation.

This is a senior, quota-carrying role for someone who understands both regional agency structures and the individual dynamics of local advertising markets across EMEA.
