What will your day-to-day be like?

As an IT Operations & Support Intern, you will:
- Master the Enterprise Ticketing Lifecycle:
Analyze, configure, and optimize ticketing workflows, incident resolution paths, and Service Catalog items within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate on General ITSM & ITOM Projects:
Support the implementation of IT Service Management and IT Operations Management solutions (monitoring, discovery, event management) on our global platform.
- Integrate IT Ecosystems:
Work on mapping out processes and integrations between ServiceNow, Jira, and other key IT/Security tools.
- Support Cyber & Infrastructure Operations:
Assist in aligning ServiceNow workflows with cybersecurity and risk management frameworks.
- Continuous Learning:
Enhance your skills with real-world experience in IT Operations, GenAI, and automated ticketing flows.
