Role Description
The Sales Consultant is a full-time role based in Marina Alta, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Sales Consultant will manage a portfolio of buyers and sellers,



guiding clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact and property discovery to negotiation and closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, presenting suitable listings, preparing proposals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and available inventory. The role involves responding to enquiries, providing tailored advice, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal team members to deliver seamless service. The Sales Consultant will also support marketing initiatives, contribute to lead generation, and maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales tools.
