As a Project Engineer, you will manage engineering projects and continuous
improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with
Safety, Environmental, Quality, and regulatory requirements. You will be
responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to
quality standards, while supporting the continuous improvement of plant
operations and sterile manufacturing processes. In this role,



you will promote
adherence to Sandoz's Code of Conduct, Integrity policies, and operational
excellence standards, contributing to a safe, compliant, and efficient
manufacturing environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Lead Engineering projects from conceptual phase through to commissioning.
Define scope, budget, planning, and internal/external resources.

* Ensure compliance with project management based on the general investment
procedure.

* Implement and design robust solutions, considering process requirements.

* Preparation of Project Charters, F-CAR, P-CAR, SI, and Decision Matrices for
new projects.

* Ensure the implementation of corporate requirements in the development of
assigned projects. Collaborate in the definition of user
requirements/specifications.

* Contracting, coordination, and supervision of services performed by external
companies. Budget control.
