About the Role
The IT M&A; Project Manager will oversee the delivery lead program management efforts for all IT activities related to company acquisitions, divestitures, and other similar strategic initiatives in partnership with the rest of IT, corporate development, marketing, sales, order fulfillment, and the acquiring business group/division.

Geographic location: Europe – Barcelona, Harwell, Waldbronn.

Accountabilities

Lead a team of project managers, engineers and other team members in the delivery of all phases of the IT engagement for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures from day‑one through post‑close integration.



Ensure consistency and best practices are applied to each integration.

Lead IT project teams in providing IT solutions to complex, high‑impact business problems from project request through implementation of integrated solutions and/or infrastructure services. Has ongoing accountability for all processes, resources, budgets and deliverables related to IT projects. Oversees the team of internal and external IT resources as they plan, track and execute the project from start to completion.

Define key success criteria and achieve breakthrough results; demonstrated ability to drive a strategy and make the necessary course corrections if necessary. Resolve complex scope, budget and timeline conflicts, influencing executive‑level sponsors as appropriate.

Manage consulting partners in planning and delivery of IT projects.
