The Manager Digital Platforms is responsible for the strategic direction, execution, end-to-end management, performance management, governance and continuous optimization of Amcor’s general digital communication channels, with primary responsibility for Amcor.com and associated web properties. This role serves as the bridge between business strategy, marketing, user experience, technology, and content operations to ensure the website and other digital platforms support business growth, brand leadership, customer & investor engagement, lead generation and talent acquisition.

The Manager, Digital Platforms, leads digital transformation initiatives that improve user experience, information architecture, accessibility, search visibility, content effectiveness, and operational efficiency across the organization’s global web presence.

Key Job Accountabilities

Support development and execute the long‑term vision and roadmap for Amcor.com and related digital properties

Establish website governance standards, publishing workflows, content ownership models, and quality assurance processes





Partner with business stakeholders to align digital initiatives with corporate, commercial, and brand objectives

Drive continuous improvement through data‑informed decision‑making and digital best practices

Manage website policies, standards, and compliance requirements

Lead information architecture planning and site structure optimization to improve content discoverability and user journeys

Prioritize user experience enhancements based on customer needs, analytics, and business goals

Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments to identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with design and development teams to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences
