The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications, combining strong backend development expertise with DevOps capabilities. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in

Java and/or Kotlin

for backend development.
Hands-on experience with

Spring Boot

and microservices architectures.
Solid knowledge of

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines , and version control tools such as

Git .
Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally

Microsoft Azure

(AWS or GCP experience is also valued).
Proven experience designing and developing

RESTful APIs

and distributed systems.
Experience with

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or similar.




Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions such as

Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, New Relic, or Azure Monitor .
Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using

Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot .
Build and maintain secure, performant, and scalable

RESTful APIs .
Design, optimize, and maintain cloud-native solutions, ensuring high availability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
Develop and improve

CI/CD pipelines

to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.
Work extensively with

Docker and Kubernetes

to deploy and manage containerized applications.
Implement and maintain

Infrastructure as Code

and contribute to DevSecOps best practices.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents while
