Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sourcing & Procurement Manager is responsible for executing the company’s
sourcing and procurement strategy, ensuring cost optimization, supplier
performance, and contract compliance.

This role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on procurement execution,
acting as a key partner for internal stakeholders to ensure efficient purchasing
processes and alignment with business objectives..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

* Support the definition and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with
business needs.
* Lead sourcing initiatives across assigned categories and spend areas.
* Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and value optimization
initiatives.
* Conduct market analysis to support supplier selection and sourcing decisions.

Supplier Management & Negotiation

* Manage relationships with key suppliers and ensure performance against agreed
KPIs (cost, quality, delivery).
* Lead RFQ processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
* Monitor and evaluate supplier performance,



implementing corrective actions
where needed.
* Support supplier risk assessment and mitigation activities.

Procurement Operations

* Oversee day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring timely purchasing and
contract execution.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance
standards.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing activities with
project and business needs.
* Drive process improvements and standardization in procurement workflows.

Cost Control & Performance Management

* Track procurement KPIs and provide regular reporting to management.
* Support budget control and spend visibility across categories.
* Analyze pricing trends and supplier proposals to ensure competitiveness.

Compliance & Risk Management

* Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external
requirements.
