The Role

We are seeking a commercially astute and creatively driven Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for Borneta.

This is a pivotal leadership role—responsible for shaping demand, building meaningful partnerships,



and positioning the hotel as a destination within Barcelona’s competitive luxury landscape. You will be both strategist and storyteller, balancing data-led decision making with a deep understanding of our brand, our neighbourhood, and our guests.

What You’ll Do

Commercial Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a multi-segment sales strategy across corporate, leisure, MICE, and partnerships
Drive revenue performance in alignment with budget, pace, and market conditions
Identify and unlock new business opportunities locally and internationally
Act as a key contributor to pricing, distribution, and demand strategies alongside Revenue Management

Business Development

Build and maintain a strong portfolio of key accounts across corporate, agency, and luxury travel networks
Represent Borneta within the Barcelona market and across Miiro’s European footprint
Lead proactive sales activity including client enter
