bilingual Italian
and
advanced English (C1

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for clients in the financial sector.

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries through different communication channels.

• Follow up on incidents and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

• Update and maintain information in internal systems and tools.

Requirements:

• Native or bilingual level of Italian.

• Advanced level of English (C1).

• Mandatory residence in Madrid.

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

What We Offer:

• Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period.

• Full-time position: 39 hours per week.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM,



with one regulated rotating day per week.

• Salary according to the “Gestor” category + language bonus.

• Hybrid working model after the onboarding and learning period:
- One week working onsite at our Monday Río office.
- One week working remotely.

• During training and nesting period, work will be fully onsite.

Training:

• Paid onsite training starting on July 16th.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
