About the role
As a
Program Manager
with expertise in composites, you will be responsible for leading customer programs from award through serial production, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in terms of quality, cost, and timing.
Main responsibilities
Oversee all phases and progress of the project.
Serve as the primary point of contact between different teams and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
Ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.
Lead and support project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
Analyze project outcomes to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Prepare project status reports and present updates.
5 years of experience
in Project management (multi-project planning and cost control) as a Program Manager working with
COMPOSITES .
Advanced computer skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Office.
English proficiency is mandatory, any other language is a plus.
Travel availability is required.
High leadership and Organizational skills.
