About The Position
As a Portuguese-speaking Customer Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting customers and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
- Understanding customer questions and providing clear, helpful answers
- Finding suitable solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Managing customer requests accurately and efficiently




- Documenting interactions and using internal systems to provide quality support
- Working together with colleagues from different countries in a multicultural team

Requirements
- Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (C1/C2 level)
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A positive, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to adapt to new processes and international environments
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
- Motivation to learn and grow professionally
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or support roles is an advantage, but not required
