The Role
We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor who is genuinely sales-driven,



someone who thrives on targets, takes full ownership of their client pipeline, and gets real satisfaction from closing cases well.

Much of our client base consists of international buyers purchasing property in Spain, people relocating, investing, or fulfilling a long-held ambition. You will be their expert through the mortgage process: understanding their situation, identifying the right product, managing the journey from application to approval, and making something complex feel transparent and smooth.

This is not a passive advisory role. We want someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and motivated to grow, both their own book of business and the broader Habeno team. The role offers real earning potential and the chance to shape how we develop in key European markets.
