Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail

Handle customer needs and inquiries

Requirements

Language Skills: C2 level of French with good English skills
18 months sales experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision
CRM Experience: working knowledge with CRM systems
Communication Skills: effective communication skills, able to express ideas clearly, foster collaboration,



and build strong relationships
Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team
