Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for a M&A; Analyst (Infrastructure & Industrials) based out of Luca de Tena office (Madrid)

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across EMEA. The team advises leading corporates, utilities, infrastructure funds, private equity sponsors and other financial investors on complex strategic situations, including M&A;, IPOs and other equity-related transactions.

At Santander CIB, you will be part of a leading general investment banking platform advising sophisticated corporate and institutional clients on some of the most relevant transactions in the market. You will gain meaningful exposure to live deals, work closely with senior bankers, and build your career in one of the most dynamic sectors in EMEA. You can expect:
