Job description
We are hiring an Account Executive to own the Iberian market (Spain, Italy and Portugal). This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role where you will generate pipeline, run complex enterprise sales motions, and close new-logo and expansion business with security, compliance, and IT leaders in highly regulated industries — financial services, healthcare, government, legal, manufacturing, and beyond.

You will sell a category-defining platform into a market where data sovereignty, EU regulation, and AI governance are board-level priorities across Iberia.



You will work hand-in-hand with our Channel First partner ecosystem, pre-sales engineering, and marketing to land and expand strategic accounts.

What you'll do
- Own your territory. Build and execute a territory plan for Iberia, generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner-sourced opportunities, marketing programs, and your own network.
- Run full-cycle deals. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end to end — from first meeting to close — using MEDDPICC to qualify rigorously and forecast accurately.
- Sell to security and compliance leaders. Articulate the Kiteworks Private Data Network value proposition to CISOs, CIOs, DPOs, and IT and risk teams, connecting our platform to their data-sovereignty, compliance, and AI-governance priorities.
