We are looking for a International Benefits Specialist to support our team in Madrid
This role blends regional ownership with general transformation:
you will serve as the primary point of contact for benefits across LATAM while playing a meaningful role in our multi-year global harmonization initiative spanning 70+ countries.
What You’ll Do

LATAM Benefits Ownership — Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits inquiries, renewals, and day-to-day administration across LATAM markets (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile). Own the regional renewal calendar end-to-end.

Vendor & Broker Management — Manage relationships with regional brokers, insurers, and benefits providers. Support renewal negotiations alongside the Total Rewards Manager and monitor SLA delivery.

Compliance & Statutory Benefits — Maintain working knowledge of mandatory benefits and labor legislation across LATAM markets (e.g., IMSS, INSS, Aportes, AFP). Partner with local HR and Legal to ensure full compliance.
