Accountabilities
- Manage the complete corporate hardware lifecycle, including procurement, device configuration, inventory management,



and international equipment shipping.
- Configure and maintain company devices, including macOS environments through Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes by managing accounts, permissions, access rights, and equipment allocation.
- Provide day-to-day helpdesk support to employees, troubleshooting technical issues and assisting users in English and Ukrainian.
- Manage access, subscriptions, renewals, invoices, and administration for a wide range of business applications and digital tools.
- Perform access reviews and support basic security initiatives, including access control improvements, phishing prevention, and employee awareness activities.
