We are looking for a hands-on AI Product Engineer who can design, build, and scale AI-powered products and systems that teams use every day. This role combines software engineering, product thinking,
technical leadership, and cross-team collaboration to accelerate how we build games and operate as a company. It also includes direct management of a web developer focused on AI-enabled internal tools.
This role reports directly to the CTO and involves close daily collaboration with many stakeholders including teams of Game Tech, Data, Product and Web.
Y our future responsibilities and scope:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered systems across the company
- Build and maintain internal AI platforms, assistants, and automation tools
- Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into internal workflows and products
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Operations teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities
