We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our IT Team. This role is responsible for assisting the business in resolving technical application issues. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of system operations and will perform troubleshooting tasks by responding to requests and managing technical challenges as they arise.

Application Support Analysts must demonstrate both technical proficiency and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as an Application Support Analyst or in a similar role. A solid technical background is essential.

- Automated testing tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter)

Qualifications:

Degree in Computing Engineering, Web Application Development (DAW),



Cross-Platform Application Development (DAM), or a related field.

C1 level of English or equivalent certification required.

- Identifying Technological Solutions: Contribute to leveraging technology to support business strategies and enhance performance.
- Troubleshooting: Detect and address system problems; if unresolved, escalate to other support teams or suppliers and notify the manager.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business teams, IT support groups, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Technology Stack Understanding: Consider all environments, factors, and stakeholders when providing technical solutions.
