We are looking for a Mainframe Security & IAM Specialist to join our Infrastructure Security team.
The Mainframe Security & IAM Specialist contributes to the management and evolution of Identity & Access Security services in mainframe environments, with a particular focus on RACF and related IAM processes and tools. The role works closely with internal teams to support secure access management, compliance activities, and the continuous improvement of security services.
Architecture & Solution Support
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of RACF-based IAM solutions across multi-country environments.
• Support the definition of access models, roles and authorization structures.
• Collaborate with teams involved in:
o IAM platforms and integration initiatives
o SIEM and monitoring solutions
• Assist in the adoption of common security standards and configurations across environments.
Security Governance & Compliance
• Support compliance activities related to internal controls and audit requirements (e.g. ISAE 3402).
