Our client is a specialist turnkey construction company delivering complex projects across the data centre, energy, defence, and advanced technology sectors. *The Role*

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, minimizing workplace risks, and supporting the safe delivery of complex projects within the data centre, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

*Key Responsibilities*




- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation, company standards, and client specific HSE requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across all active projects.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
- Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
- Support project teams and subcontractors in maintaining safe working practices.
- Prepare HSE reports, safety statistics, and performance metrics.
- Ensure appropriate emergency response and evacuation procedures are established and maintained.

Requisitos
- Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
