Role Description
The Gestor de transformación is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuart de Poblet, focused on driving strategic and operational change across the organization. In this role, the professional will analyze current processes and performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and define transformation initiatives in alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating cross-functional projects,



preparing business cases, monitoring progress against milestones, and reporting results to leadership. The role also involves collaborating with finance, operations, and consulting partners to ensure initiatives are feasible, sustainable, and deliver measurable value. The Gestor de transformación will facilitate workshops, support change management activities, and help embed new ways of working within teams.

Qualifications
