We are looking for a senior DevOps engineer to work full-time at our offices in Madrid (2 days of remote work per week), collaborating closely with the software development teams to design, implement, and maintain a scalable infrastructure and deployment workflows.

*Note: Candidates must already have a work permit in Spain, as sponsorship for a visa is not provided for this position.*

Responsibilities:
- Co-lead and manage DevOps operations with the CTO across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments
- Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure Cloud, GCP...) using Terraform (IaC) or Console access if needed
- Build, modify and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, FluxCD, or similar tools for automated deployments
- Collaborate with the development team to manage, maintain and take control of the pipelines
- Implement monitoring, observability, and security layers with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir or similar
- Design and maintain multi-environment deployment workflows (dev, staging, demo, prod)




- Collaborate with Frontend and Backend teams to integrate backend services, APIs, and automation scripts
- Review and enforce code quality, security, and DevSecOps best practices using tools like SonarQube
- Support deployment of Python / Java solutions, assisting in the design of scalable APIs and microservices
- Participate in R&D; initiatives to evaluate and test emerging technologies (LLMs, vector DBs, AI inference)
- Document and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational standards for the engineering team
- Kubernetes management of clusters: maintainability, support, upgrades
- Maintain databases performance, services scalability
- Support in applying security measures in the architecture, definition and deployment of solutions

Required Skills:
- 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles
- Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, GCP services and Terraform (IaC)
- Experience working on Gitops in production environments with
