What are we looking for?
At DSV Road, we want to incorporate a Legal Counsel into our Barcelona office. As a Legal Counsel in the Group’s Legal Department, the role provides legal support and risk management for DSV’s Spanish entities, working closely with senior management, commercial teams, customers, and colleagues in the integral Legal Department. The position focuses on reviewing and negotiating customer contracts, advising on legal and compliance risks, and ensuring alignment with Group policies and governance standards. The role supports major commercial projects and M&A; activities,



acting as a trusted legal advisor to the business and contributing to the efficient execution of legal tasks.
Among other responsibilities, the main tasks include:
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and activities.
- Maintaining close relationships with commercial and operational teams to ensure key areas and tasks are properly addressed.
- Ensuring contracts are reviewed in accordance with company policies.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Managing contract review and negotiation.
- Providing reports to Management.
